I only did small pics for this post because it would have taken hours for my computer to upload larger versions. And yes, I still haven't got my laptop fixed :(
On Aug, 13th Alice went to the dentist for the first time. She did well even though she was scared during my teeth cleaning, I kept reassuring her that it wasn't hurting me. She even let them clean her teeth a little, and she loved her new Spongebob toothpaste. Not that she really knows who Spongebob is, but the toothpaste was yummy and fit in her hand.
These are Alice's new Cinderella flipflops. She calls them "Cindawella shoe fwops." They light up and are a hit at church in nursery--every kid tries them on. I'm sure you'll see them in many pictures from now on . . . .
We were also lucky to have Nana come visit at the end of August. We got lots of pictures with her camera but had a tough time trying to copy them onto my computer. This computer is so slow! I wish we got a video of Alice greeting her. As soon as Jo walked in the door, Alice yelled "NANA!" and ran into her arms. We enjoyed our time with her very much!
We went to Indiana for Lily's funeral, and while we wish we were visiting under better circumstances, it was great to spend time with Ben and Ruth's family. The older kids were still in school and we took Alice and Sariah to the children's museum.
Here they are 'diggin' for dinosaur bones. If you look at Alice's face closely you'll see how tight her goggles were. oops.
What cute baby dinosaurs! Actually, Alice was scared of the whole dinosaur exhibit. However, as you'll see in the video at the end of this post, she really likes dinosaurs now.
She loves playing with her cousins!
Dustin with one of the new Batman tumblers. I guess the made a total of 8 for the two movies, one of which is displayed at this museum.
Dancing queens! Alice absolutely loved playing with all the kids, they were sooo great with her. It made me a little sad that we didn't live closer to family :(
This pic cracks me up! She was mad that she wasn't in control of the camera, hahaha!
On this day, Dustin decided we needed a deck. Soooo, he rented a bobcat and played outside for all of labor day weekend. More deck pics to follow . . . .
Alice's first day at a local church's Mother's Day Out program. It's only two days a week, but gives her a chance to learn and play while I can have a few hours to run errands or attend doctors appointments. Her best friend, Dane also attends and they love it.
Okay, so it's a tad long, but it's her best dinosaur impressions! Yes, she has no pants on. We usually do while we're at home. She can get to the potty a lot quicker without worrying about getting her pants in the way.
Well folks, that's all for now!

Ang I love your blog. Your little girl is so cute. I was just thinking of you... we are planning a trip to Logan this weekend. I will be sure to reminisce about all of our fun times! Blogs are such a fun way to keep in touch.
Alice is just so cute - I can't get over how much she has grown. What the handyman you have, too! I would die if Peter built a deck - but don't tell him I said that!! ;)
